علی مظفری (پژوهشگر)

علی مظفری معمار و نویسنده ایرانی-استرالیایی و پژوهشگر ارشد میراث فرهنگی در دانشگاه دیکن در ملبورن است.^[۱] وی مدیر کنونی انجمن ایرانیکا در استرالیا و عضو هیئت مدیره انجمن پژوهش‌های منقدانه میراث فرهنگی (ACHS) در مونترال است.^[۲] ^[۳]

از علی مظفری کتاب‌های «شکل دهی به هویت ملی در ایران: انگاره وطن از تخیل مکان در اندیشه‌های ایران باستان و اسلام»^[۴]، «گذشته حیاتی: توسعه، معماری و شکل گیری میراث ایران: ۱۳۵۰-۱۳۷۰» منتشر شده است. او همچنین ویراستار کتاب «میراث جهانی در ایران: دیدگاه‌هایی درباره پاسارگاد»^[۵] و دهها مقاله پژوهشی در نشریات دانشگاهی است.

علی مظفری در سالهای اخیر در رابطه با رقابت‌های فرهنگی در منطقه قفقاز و غرب آسیا در همایش‌های بین‌المللی از جمله همایش انجمن مطالعات جوامع فارسی زبان در ایروان سخنرانی کرده است.^[۶]

مظفری در دانشگاه تهران در رشته معماری تحصیل کرد و سپس راهی استرالیا شد. او در سال ۲۰۱۰ از دانشگاه استرالیای غربی دکترا گرفت.^[۷]
