تابش پرتوی

قابلیت یک پرتو اشعه ایکس برای یونیزه سازی هوا را تابش پرتوی (Radiation exposure) گویند.

واحد سنتی این کمیت رونتگن (Roentgen) نام دارد و یکای SI آن C/kg است:
- ۱R = ۲.۵۸E−۴ C/kg
یک رونتگن نیز در هوا هم ارز ۸٫۷ میلی گری کرما (kerma) میباشد.
