این زبانها در منطقهٔ وسیعی از [[شمال آسیا]]، شمال و غرب [[چین]] تا غرب آسیا، بخشهایی از [[خاورمیانه]]، سواحل مدیترانه، [[آسیای مرکزی]] و [[اروپای شرقی]] استفاده میشوند. جمعیت متکلمان این زبانها به عنوان [[زبان مادری]] حدود
