This template is displayed on requests for mediation filed after March 2010, to provide a summary of each case. (Before 2010, the infobox was not included, and a different format was used for requests.) Substantial amendments should first be discussed at WT:RFM.

Documentation

• The template is added automatically upon filing, so the following code shouldn't be necessary, but a typical usage would be:

| parties = (total number of parties; not a list of their names.)

| status = rfm (awaiting parties)/rejected/mediator (awaiting)/open (active)/stale/closed

• الگو:Spanidarticle: the name of the article around which the dispute is centred. If there are several, pick the primary one. If for some reason the {{SUBPAGENAME}} of your request is not going to be the same as this article title, you can also declare:

  | requestname = Example

  This will avoid breaking the utility links at the bottom of the toolbox.
• الگو:Spanidmediator: the username of the mediator who takes your case. When a committee member elects to take on your case, they will fill their account name next to this field. Until then, it can be left empty; and the appropriate standby text will be displayed in this field (dependant on what status= is set to).
