Wikipedian who has accquired CACDP Level 2 Certificate in BSL/ISL and/or Level 2 Certificate in Communication with Deaf People and/or Level 3 Certificate in BSL/ISL and/or Level 3 Certificate in Facilitating Communication with Deaf People (Lipspeaking Skills) or personal experience equivalent.
