«Прямоугольное синее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее центральную композицию герба Белокалитвинского городского поселения — ромб, окантованный жёлтым, с серебряным шагающим (от зрителя к древку) оленем (с золотыми рогами, копытами и стрелой. Ромб красного цвета».
