Прямоугольное полотнище синего (голубого) цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3. В средней части флага, на 1/3 его длины, изображены два белых (серебряных) плывущих лебедя с червлёными глазами и клювами. из которых один несколько выше и позади другого, идентичные изображению на гербе района.
