توضیح The woodcut illustrates the temple at Old Uppsala which was devoted to the Gods of the Aesis cult. Olaus Magnus writes that it shimmers with a golden lustre. From the golden roof hangs a golden chain which is winding all around the building. To the right a spring in which a person is going to be drowned as a sacrifice.
