گولنارا شاهینیان

گولنارا شاهینیان (ارمنی: Գյուլնարա Շահինյան؛ زادهٔ ۱۹۵۱) حقوق‌دان و دیپلمات اهل ارمنستان است در زمینه قاچاق انسان پژوهش‌های انجام داده‌است.[۱] وی بین سال‌های ۲۰۰۶ تا ۲۰۱۴ میلادی[۲] عضو گزارشگران ویژه سازمان ملل متحد[الف] بود.[۳] او عضو "گروه کارشناسان اقدام علیه قاچاق انسان" و گزارشگر ویژه سابق سازمان ملل متحد در مورد انواع جدید و معاصر برده‌داری است وی در رشته حقوق بین‌الملل در انستیتو روابط بین‌الملل سنت پترزبورگ و در رشته زبان‌شناسی روسی و انگلیسی در دانشگاه دولتی ایروان تحصیل نموده‌است.[۳]
