سم راکول (انگلیسی: Sam Rockwell؛ زاده ۵ نوامبر ۱۹۶۸) بازیگر آمریکایی است. وی از سال ۱۹۸۹ میلادی تاکنون مشغول فعالیت بوده‌است. وی در نودمین دوره جوایز اسکار موفق به دریافت جایزه اسکار بهترین بازیگر نقش مکمل مرد برای بازی در نقش افسر دیکسون در فیلم سه بیلبورد خارج از ابینگ، میزوری شد.
