بیل کازبی کمدین آمریکایی به تجاوز جنسی عمومی متهم شده‌است. در اواسط دهه ۱۹۶۰ با چند رویداد که همزمان با هم رخ داد کازبی از سوی چند زن به انواع تجاوز جنسی و بدرفتاری و نیز سوءاستفاده جنسی از کودکان متهم شد. اتهام‌ها علیه بیل کازبی وقتی عمومی شد که کمدین آمریکایی هانیبال بورس در حال اجرای برنامه طنز در اکتبر سال ۲۰۱۴ به بدرفتاری‌های جنسی کازبی به‌طور غیرمستقیم کنایه زد. به دنبال آن، اتهام‌های دیگری علیه کازبی جریان گرفت که مربوط به بازه زمانی ۱۹۹۵ تا ۲۰۰۸ در ده ایالت آمریکا و یک استان کانادا است.[۱][۲]

کازبی همیشه ابراز بی‌گناهی کرده و مرتب اتهام‌ها را انکار کرده‌است. او در نوامبر ۲۰۱۴ در پاسخ یکی از سؤال‌ها دربارهٔ تجاوز گفت: «من درباره‌اش حرف نمی‌زنم».[۳]

به محض اینکه اتهام‌ها به وجود آمد، سازمان‌های مختلف قراردادشان را با این کمدین سخت کردند و بسیاری از عنوان‌ها و افتخاراتی را که به او داده بودند پس گرفتند. بازپخش برنامه «کازبی شو» و سایر برنامه‌هایی که کازبی در آن‌ها بازی کرده بود، پروانه پخش‌شان توسط سازمان‌های مختلف لغو شد. ۲۵ دانشگاه و دانشکده نیز درجه‌های افتخاری اهدایی‌شان را پس گرفتند. گزارشگر ادویک جیسون لینچ گفت: فضای رسانه به کلی دگرگون شده‌است و به رسانه‌های اجتماعی پیوسته‌است که تمایل‌شان به گذشت بسیار کمتر است.[۴]

برخی از شکایت‌ها علیه کازبی مشمول قانون مرور زمان شده‌است اما پرونده‌های مجرمانه‌ای که برای او تشکیل شده‌است اکثراً از طریق قضایی قابل پیگرد قانونی است. گلوریا آلرد وکیل ۳۳ تن از قربانی‌ها شده‌است. از سال ۲۰۰۵ چیزهایی که در دادگاه توسط کونستاد ضبط شده‌است در اختیار عموم قرار گرفته و بر ضد کازبی به کار می‌رود. کازبی در دادگاه سکس سرسری با تعدادی از زنان جوان با مصرف متاکوالون را پذیرفته‌است.

Constand alleged sexual abuse to the local police, who decided not to file charges against Cosby. Constand then filed a civil lawsuit where thirteen other women came forward to allege similar abuse. The case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. On December 30, 2015, shortly before the expiry of the statute of limitations re: the alleged January 2004 incident,[۲۴] Cosby was charged with sexual assault based on the 2005 allegations by Constand, a reversal of a 2005 decision not to lay a charge.[۲۵] Documents from the case were sealed until the summer of 2015, and the charge was based on new evidence according to the current district attorney for Montgomery County.[۲۶]
