گیرنده ۱ هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین (انگلیسی: Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1) که با نام CRF₁ هم شناخته می‌شود؛^[۴] یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CRHR1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]

این گیرنده به هورمون آزادکننده کورتیکوتروپین^[۷] یا آگونیست‌های CRF متصل می‌شود^[۸]^[۹]^[۱۰] و به میزان زیادی در دستگاه عصبی مرکزی و دستگاه عصبی پیرامونی بیان می‌شود.^[۱۰]

دگرگونی در این ژن با افزایش پاسخ به درمان کورتونی در مبتلایان به آسم^[۱۱] و احتمال بروز پرفشاری ریوی دائمی در نوزادان^[۱۲] همراه است.
