گیرندهٔ شمارهٔ ۱۱۶ جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی (انگلیسی: G protein-coupled receptor 116) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «GPR116» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]

این پروتئین نقش مهمی در تنظیم هموستاز سورفکتانت ریوی دارد.^[۷]^[۸]
