پالمیتویل‌ترانسفراز ZDHHC17 (انگلیسی: Palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC17) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «ZDHHC1» کُدگذاری می‌شود و حاوی دومین DHHC است.[۴][۵][۶]
