هم‌ساخت ۵ پروتئین کروموباکس (انگلیسی: Chromobox protein homolog 5) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CBX5» کُدگذاری می‌شود^[۴]^[۵] و نوعی پروتئین غیر هستونی و به‌شدت محافظت‌شده‌است.
