گیرنده ۱ پپتید وازواکتیو روده‌ای (انگلیسی: Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide receptor 1) که با نام VPAC1 هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «VIPR1» کدگذاری می‌شود.[۴] این ژن در قشر مغز، هیپوکامپ، آمیگدال، ریه، پروستات، گلبول‌های سفید، کبد، روده باریک، قلب، طحال، جفت، کلیه، تیموس و بیضه بیان می‌شود.[۵][۶][۷]

در مبتلایان به آشالازی با علت ناشناخته، تقاوت قابل توجهی در توزیع اس‌ان‌پی‌های مؤثر بر این پروتئین دیده می‌شود.[۸]

سطوح پپتید وازواکتیو روده‌ای و پپتید فعال‌کننده آدنیلات سیکلاز هیپوفیز در دیوارهٔ قدامی واژن در مبتلایان به «بی‌اختیاری ادراری فشاری» و «بیرون‌زدگی احشاء لگنی» کاهش یافته‌است که احتمالاً نشان‌دهندهٔ نقش آنها در پاتوفیزیولوژی این دو بیماری باشد.[۹]
