گلوکز ۶-فسفات ایزومراز (انگلیسی: Glucose-6-phosphate isomerase) یا فسفوگلوکز ایزومراز یا عامل تحرک اُتوکرین[۲] یکی از آنزیم‌های چرخه قندکافت است که گلوکز ۶-فسفات را به فروکتوز ۶-فسفات تبدیل می‌کند.
